Cap is convex then widespread and depressed, the edge is inroled,wavy and hairy,yellow-brown or gray-brown color,stem is long,thin,tough and full, gray to brown has veneers on the surface,growing from early spring to winter at stumps,fallen trees and branches of deciduous trees.
